The Drawing Room is a charming two bedroom apartment with a generous verandah that captures the spirit of classic Queensland living. Tucked within the oldest part of the building, this heritage space is rich with character, from the decorative ceilings in the bedrooms and living room to the carefully preserved fragments of 160 year old hand painted wallpaper, now a unique feature in the kitchen.
The main bedroom offers a king bed that can be arranged as two singles, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. A well equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet provide everything needed for a relaxed and easy stay.
Step out onto the second storey verandah and you will find one of the apartment’s most special moments. Overlooking James Street, the balcony feels both timeless and connected to the lively neighbourhood below, blending the charm of the past with the rhythm of modern Brisbane.
