Payments
Non-refundable full payment will be collected 7 days prior to arrival unless you are booking within 7 days of check-in. In that case, payment will be taken immediately.
– A $300 per apartment security deposit will also be taken 7 days before and returned upon the apartment, satisfying checkout conditions.
For multiple rooms (three and above) and whole house bookings, we require;
-20 % deposit to secure booking
-Cancel for free 4 weeks before stay.
-Cancel within 4 weeks – Cost 20 %
-Cancel within 2 weeks – Cost 100%
-Final payment 2 weeks before stay

Terms & Conditions
The guest agrees that only those nominated will stay at the property and no visitors unless previously discussed with us. Parties and Events are only to be held by prior arrangement with management. Any of these cases will allow the host to terminate the agreement without providing a refund for the booking, and the host will not be legally responsible for finding any alternative accommodation.
- You have provided us with your valid email address & an Australian contact number.
- You and your guests agree to no smoking/vaping/candles or naked flame.
There are no dogs in our pet-free apartments. If staying in the dog-friendly apartments, we allow two well-behaved, house-trained dogs. Bring your own dog bedding/food/water bowls. Collect all dog poo from the courtyard and dispose in council bins along the western side of the property. Do not leave poo in apartment bins. Dogs are not allowed on beds or the lounge. Do not leave dogs unattended at night; do not leave your dog if they bark – respect other guests, please.
You agree to take full responsibility for all children and non-swimmers around and in the pool. No dogs are allowed in the pool enclosure or the pool. No glassware in the pool area. You agree that we have communicated this with you and you waive all liability against the owner and host of the property.
If the guest requires the standard bedding configuration to be split into single, we require a minimum of a 2-night booking and 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival.
All guests shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbours, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners & tenants. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
All guests are responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) to the property caused by any guest.
The host can refuse to allow any guests into the property or ask them to leave if they believe the guest are behaving illegally or that any damage is likely to be caused, without providing a refund of any payment the guest has paid for the booking and the host will not be legally responsible for finding any alternative accommodation.
All guests must allow the host, owner or representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and the guest cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the host can enter the property at any times without giving prior notice.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged by submitting our Check-In form, all guests & visitors waive, discharges and agrees to hold harmless the host & owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to all guests stay at the property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to any guest, guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind. All guests are responsible for keeping their valuables safe at all times.
